Leslie Williams is a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist with a passion for helping people hear their best and improve their quality of life. Originally from Pearisburg, VA, she pursued her education at New River Community College in Dublin, VA. In 2009, relocated to Nashville, TN, and later to Pulaski, TN in 2018.

Her journey in the hearing industry began in 2017, and she immediately knew that it was the perfect profession for her. Leslie joined The Hearing Aid Center in 2023, where she continues to apply her expertise and experience to help clients achieve the best possible hearing outcomes. She finds great satisfaction in using my skills to positively impact the lives of others and is dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives.

As for hobbies, she has a deep passion for adventure and the freedom of flying, which is why she loves to soar through the skies on her paramotor. Additionally, she finds immense joy in exploring creativity through sewing and any other creative outlets. Whether it’s designing, crafting, or DIY projects, she loves to immerse herself in activities that allow her to express herself and channel her imagination.

Melissa Plant is a Patient Care Coordinator from Lawrenceburg, TN. Melissa began working in the hearing industry in 2025 and was drawn to the profession because she loves working with people to improve their quality of hearing and their life.

What Melissa loves most about saving hearing lives is the smile and emotions from the patient when they can finally hear clearly after years of struggling.  Melissa focuses on connection to ensure the patients feel comfortable and heard in her everyday work with patients.

Outside of saving hearing lives, Melissa loves hobbies such as traveling, shopping, and exploring new places.
